Mars-class battlecruiser

Mars battlecruisers are surviving vessels of an old Imperial design whose production ended long before the Gothic War. They combine attack-craft operations with nova-cannon and lance support. The class makes an interesting fleet centrepiece for a carrier-led engagement, linking a painting project to the Imperium’s long history of keeping ancient warships in service.
