Epic Plague Brothers with Pistols and Power Fists

Plague Brothers give a Chaos-themed Epic force an infantry group for battles of attrition. You could place them at the point where exhausted defenders must choose between holding a contaminated position and abandoning it. That premise supplies a narrative objective without prescribing game statistics.
