Martian Sniper

A specialist marksman can make crossing an exposed route the central problem of a science-fiction encounter. Use this Martian Sniper as a watchman protecting a research outpost, or as an adversary whose position must be discovered before a convoy can pass. These are scenario ideas rather than established lore; the source does not confirm membership in a named game faction.
