Pilgrim Hat Planter with Tray

The pilgrim-hat theme gives an autumn table arrangement a harvest-season reference. For a planted display, measure the cavity before choosing an inner pot and water the plant separately from the painted outer holder. A dry arrangement of paper leaves offers another way to make it a seasonal centrepiece. Choose the display's purpose first, then leave enough room around the hat for the arrangement to read clearly.
