The Flash Chibi

The Flash adds the idea of a rescue against the clock to a DC heroes collection. Several characters have carried the name, so this stylized figure need not be assigned an unverified civilian identity. In a custom city scene, let the challenge be reaching someone in time; that gives the miniature a clear purpose beyond demonstrating superhuman speed.
