Industrial grey clothing, exposed steel and dark leather and rubber give the rider a work-worn palette. Broken grey camouflage, carefully finished skin and small glass reflections separate the figure from the bike's machinery.

A sound base around the deep bed and wheel arches
Remove support nubs from the railings and lamp frames, then wash the model with warm water and a small amount of dish soap. Rinse until the water runs clean and let the cargo bed and wheel arches dry completely. Apply Grey Surface Primer in short passes from above, both sides and below.
Expected result
Primer reaches the bed corners and inner arches without softening the railings, tyre tread or vent slots.
Points to watch
Do not leave soap in the diamond plate, and do not keep spraying until the narrow vents close.

1. Prepare the model

Remove support nubs from the railings and lamp frames, then wash the model with warm water and a small amount of dish soap. Rinse until the water runs clean and let the cargo bed and wheel arches dry completely. Apply Grey Surface Primer in short passes from above, both sides and below.
Expected result
Primer reaches the bed corners and inner arches without softening the railings, tyre tread or vent slots.
Points to watch
Do not leave soap in the diamond plate, and do not keep spraying until the narrow vents close.

2. Apply the base colours

Cold industrial bodywork with clear upper planes
Where to paint: Blue-grey cab, front housing, turret, cargo bed and outer panels

Cover the body with Corvus Black, leaving the tyres and open vents untouched. Mix in Eshin Grey and apply it to the centres of the broad panels and the upper halves of the round housings. Add Dawnstone only to the front-facing bevels, the turret rim and the top edge of the bed.
Expected result
The truck remains dark, but the cab, turret and cargo bed can be read as separate volumes.
Points to watch
Do not ring every panel with grey or brighten the lower body to the same value as the roof.
Muted cult colour on the panels that already carry it
Where to paint: Purple access panels and roof blocks, two front lamps and viewing slit

Base the marked panels with Heavy Violet, keeping a narrow blue-grey border around each one. Apply Light Violet to the upper half of the tall panel and the top faces of the roof blocks. Feather the join while both colours are still workable, then clean the outer border with the body colour.
Expected result
Purple appears in three deliberate places, all with clean grey borders and a modest rise toward the top.
Points to watch
Do not add purple stripes to the cargo bed or turn the whole turret into a faction-colour block.

3. Build the highlights

Used but well-defined industrial edges
Where to paint: Blue-grey cab, front housing, turret, cargo bed and outer panels

Run Dawnstone along the exposed edges, breaking the line where panels turn away from the light. Add Administratum Grey only to the bumper corners, the forward arc of the turret and two short sections of the bed rails. Keep the rear wall and lower arches subdued.
Expected result
The front and upper structure catch the light, while the rear and underside still carry visual weight.
Points to watch
Do not draw continuous pale lines around the circular housings or every cargo-bed panel.

4. Paint the details

Warm lights that lead the eye to the front
Where to paint: Purple access panels and roof blocks, two front lamps and viewing slit

Line the recess around each lamp with Agrax Earthshade. Paint the glass Wraithbone, leaving the top edge slightly darker, then place Screaming Skull in the lower inner corner. Repeat the same warm order across the viewing slit, but keep its centre softer so it does not outshine the lamps.
Expected result
Both lamps match, their dark frames remain visible and the viewing slit glows more gently.

Do not paint a large halo on the grey armour or add lights to the small vents.

Where to paint: Four tyres, hubs, grilles, railings, exposed fittings and lower-body dust

Paint the tyres and vent interiors Abaddon Black. Cover the hubs, railings and exposed fittings with Leadbelcher, leaving a black line where metal meets the body. Work Nuln Oil into the hub centres and grille gaps, then add Ironbreaker to the upper railing and the forward edge of each hub.
Expected result
Tyres remain matte and dark, steel catches a narrow upper light and every vent stays open.
Points to watch
Do not drybrush silver across the tyres or fill the grille slots with wash.

5. Add effects and weathering

Stipple a thin mix of Zandri Dust into the lower tread and along the body behind the wheels. Add a little Agrax Earthshade at the tyre contact patches and beneath the bumper, then soften the upper edge with a clean damp brush. Keep the turret, lamps and cargo-bed interior clean.
Expected result
Dust is strongest at ground contact and fades before the middle of the body; the four wheels share the same road colour.
Points to watch
Do not coat the whole vehicle brown or place identical round dirt spots on every panel.
